Rules
Open to all legal residents of the continental United States and District of Columbia[1] who are at least (18) years of age at the time of entry.
The Promotion Period consists of (4) weeks, with each week beginning on a Monday and ending on the immediately following Sunday, except for Week #4 which ends on the following Monday (as per the chart below). Except for Week #1, all weeks will start at 12:00:01 am ET on Monday; except for Week #4, all weeks will end at 11:59:59 pm ET on Sunday.
Limit: 5 Sweepstakes entries per person per day during the Promotion Period (including Video Entry, if any), regardless of method or combination of methods of entry.
Sweepstakes: There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes.
(i) Video Submission Method of Entry: Any entrant submitting a Video Entry will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period each time he/she submits a Video Entry in compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in subsection 1(A) above.
(ii) Mail-In Alternate Method of Entry: During the Promotion Period, to enter without submitting a Video Entry, hand print your full name, street address, (no P.O. Boxes), day/evening/cellular phone number (if any), email address and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to White Castle "Who’s the Best Barker?” - Sweeps Entry, 711 Westchester Avenue, White Plains, NY 10604.

How to Enter: The Promotion has (2) parts: a contest and a sweepstakes.
A. Contest:
During the Promotion Period, participants log onto the Promotion microsite at www.bestbarker.com. Complete the online official entry form. Then, follow the instructions to create and upload an original Video containing a Barker promoting Nibblers to enter the Contest.
The Video and entry form are collectively referred herein as the “Video Entry”. (1) Video Entry per person and/or IP Address per day (12:00:00 am ET – 11:59:59 pm ET, except as otherwise indicated above). But if entering more than once, each Video Entry submitted must be different from those included with previous Video Entries made by such person. Do NOT copy any other persons’ Videos or the sample Videos on the Microsite.
Videos must comply with the following content guidelines to be eligible. Such determination will be made by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion.
Each Video Entry must contain your version of the White Castle Nibbler Bark and include the line: “Get Your Nibblers Here”. The Video Entry must be uploaded in compliance with the submission requirements, in a .wmv, .imovie, or .mpeg format, not exceeding 2MB. Video Entries that contain a Video that does not comply with the requirements stated herein and/or on the White Castle “Who’s the Best Barker?” Promotion microsite (which are made a part of these Official Rules and incorporated herein by reference) may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If there is a conflict between these Official Rules and the requirements stated on the microsite, these Official Rules will control.
