The Winner (hereinafter defined) will receive a trip for the Winner and one (1) guest of Winner (“Guest”), to P.N.C. Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, New Jersey (“Destination”) to attend a Counting Crows concert (“Concert”), on or about August 29, 2015, but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The trip will include:

(i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Winner’s primary residence to Destination, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $2,000;

(ii) round trip ground transportation for Winner and Guest, to be taken together, between airport and hotel and hotel and Concert venue, with an ARV of $600;

(iii) one (1) night hotel accommodations in Destination for Winner and Guest, which will be one (1) standard room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), with an ARV of $125;

(iv) two (2) tickets to Concert (includes VIP experience), with an ARV of $120; and

(v) $938.85 issued in the form of a check in the Winner’s name which may be used by the Winner to offset his or her income taxes (or a portion of his or her income taxes) incurred when accepting the Prize. Should the Winner’s income taxes be higher than the $938.85, Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for the difference between actual income taxes incurred and this $938.85, collectively (the “Prize” or “Prizes”).

The total ARV of the Prize is $3,783.85.

Open to persons legally and physically residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person.
