ONE (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The winner will receive the “ultimate bucket list party”: a hired party planner who will handle creation of custom invitations, scheduling catering (food and non-alcohol beverages), ordering decorations and preparing seating/arrangements for the party. Party will be for a maximum of twenty-five (25) guests, each of whom must be twenty-one (21) years or older (i.e., twenty-six [26] persons including the winner him/herself), and is intended to be held at the home of the Grand Prize Winner. (If home of Grand Prize winner is not conducive to hosting party as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, then Sponsor may choose an alternate location for party near winner's home; such location to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Sponsor will select the party planner in its sole discretion. Party planner will consult with winner and Sponsor in planning party and will take into account the winner's preferences, but all party arrangements are subject to Sponsor's approval in its sole discretion. Party planner will have a budget of $3,500 to plan and hold the party. If cost of planning/holding party is less than $3,500 (due to fewer than the maximum of twenty-five [25] guests being invited or for any other reason), winner will not receive the difference in cash. Conversely, if total cost of planning/holding party is more than $3,500, such additional cost will be the winner's sole responsibility. Winner will also receive a $250 gift card which may be used for such additional costs or otherwise; the gift card is subject to terms and conditions of use as indicated thereon and the gift card issuer shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Alcohol beverages are not part of the prize. No insurance will be obtained by Sponsor in conjunction with conducting the party. Grand Prize Winner and guests must conduct themselves at all times in a socially responsible, respectful and appropriate manner; and, should winner and/or guests (as applicable) fail to do so, prize may be immediately terminated and the Sponsor may pursue other legal sanctions against the winner and/or guests. Grand Prize is subject to availability (including availability of party planner), advanced notice requirements and other restrictions, including blackout dates for holding party. The party must be scheduled by December 15, 2015 and held by September 30, 2016. If potential winner cannot schedule or hold the party by the applicable deadline for any reason, Grand Prize will be automatically forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $3,750.00.

Open only to legal residents of the State of Virginia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
