The prize consists of and is limited to only the following: (A) round trip coach airfare for Winner and one guest (guest restrictions set forth below) from the major airport closest to Winner’s residence (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to an airport in or around the location of the domestic Six Flags theme park of winner’s choice (the “Park”) (airport, carrier, seating and travel dates and times as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation ifWinner resides within 150 miles of the selected Park (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $1,400); (B) hotel accommodation in a single room with double occupancy for two (2) nights at a hotel within proximity to the Park as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (ARV $300); (C) two (2) single day admission tickets to the Park ($140); (D) one THE FLASH Pass for two (2) (ARV $180); (E) two (2) single-meal vouchers (ARV $30); (F) two (2) souvenir sports bottles (ARV $32); (G) $500 in spending money (ARV $500); and (H) one (1) Outback Steakhouse Gift Card in the amount of $100 (ARV $100). All prize items must be utilized before June 30, 2016.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is two thousand six hundred and eight-two dollars ($2,682.00).

Open only to individuals who, as of the entry date, are (a) legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (the “Sweepstakes Territory”) and (b) at least fourteen (14) years old.
