(1) Grand Prize – A new fully customized Jeep®. The MSRP will be between $116,660.00 to $129,935.00, depending on the upgrades that are selected during the Promotion Period. Color, package and other prize specifics will be determined by the results of the Weekly Entry Period voting and by Presenter at its sole discretion, and are subject to availability. Winner will also receive a check in the amount of $37,000.00.

The maximum approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $166,935.00.
