One (1) Grand Prize will be available to be awarded. The Grand Prize winner will receive a $5,000 cash award (to be awarded as a check). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $5,000.00.

Open solely to legal residents of the fifty (50) states in the United States (excluding Minnesota and Wisconsin) and the District of Columbia, as well as legal residents of Canada who reside in the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario and Saskatchewan, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (exceptions-must be 19 years of age or older for those that reside in provinces of British Columbia and Nova Scotia, and states of Alabama and Nebraska, and 21 years of age or older in state of Mississippi) as of the date of entry.
