(1) GRAND PRIZE: A three day/two night trip for Winner and one guest to Chicago, Illinois to see MÖTLEY CRÜE perform in concert on August 8, 2015. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for the Attendees from the major airport nearest the Winner’s residence to the major airport nearest Chicago, IL, two nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy/room and tax only), two tickets to the Concert, a meet and greet with members of MÖTLEY CRÜE for the Attendees, and special MÖTLEY CRÜE merchandise for the Winner (Approximate Retail Value: $3,800.00).

Open to legal residents of the forty-eight United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years of age or older as of the date of entry. If a participant has not reached the age of majority in his/her primary state of residence as of the date of entry into the Sweepstakes (which is eighteen years old in most states but is nineteen years old in Alabama and Nebraska and twenty-one years old in Mississippi), then the participant must obtain parental consent in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Individuals who have won a prize from the Sponsor within 180 days prior to the start date of this sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win.
