One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) will be awarded to one (1) Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner will consist of a three (3)-day, two (2)-night trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Travel Companion”) to the Toronto, Canada, area (the “Trip”). The Trip will include round-trip economy-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s home in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia to an airport in or near Toronto, Canada; round-trip ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in the selected destination-city area; two (2) nights’ standard hotel accommodation (one [1] room, double occupancy, room rate and room taxes only) at a Toronto, Canada area hotel; ground transportation to and from hotel to the production facilities of SUITS for a private VIP behind-the-scenes tour (“Experience”); and three hundred dollars (US$300) spending money (for Grand Prize Winner only).

ERV of the Grand Prize is five thousand dollars ($5,000).

Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
