(1) Grand Prize consisting of a 4-day/3-night trip for the Winner and one guest to Las Vegas, NV. The Trip will consist of the following:

(a.) Round-trip airfare for Winner and guest from a major airport with regularly scheduled commercial flights close to Winner’s permanent residence to a Las Vegas-area airport (or, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, $500 in lieu of air travel if winner lives within a 200-mile radius of the destination);

(b.) Three nights hotel accommodation for Winner and guest at Caesar’s Palace Las Vegas Hotel & Casino (one suite, double occupancy, room & tax only);

(c.) Dinner for the Winner and guest at Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars (maximum value $200 US);

(d.) a guided kitchen tour for the Winner and guest with the executive chef of the Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill;

(e.) Limousine airport transfer to/from the hotel in Las Vegas; and

(f.) $250 spending money.

Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. (i.e., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are physically located and residing therein. Each entrant must be at least twenty-one years of age at the time of entry. Each Entrant must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the email address identified in the Entrant's entry.
