(1) Grand Prize winner will win $20,000 in funding to further develop the idea and a 3 day/2 night trip for winner and one guest to attend a Clinique and TED hosted event (coinciding during the TEDWomen 2016 Conference. Admission to the conference is not included. The Clinique and TED hosted event will be held in the United States, but the exact date and location will be determined prior to the Event by the Promoter. Approximate Value of Grand Prize: $25,000.

Open only to individuals age 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry who meet the eligibility requirements in these Official Rules and are legal residents of the following countries: Australia; Canada; China; Denmark; England; France, Italy; Japan; Netherlands; Northern Ireland; Scotland; Spain; Sweden; Wales; and the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia).

A limit of one Entry per valid e-mail address/person will be accepted during this Contest Entry Period.
