One (1) Grand Prize consisting of a Rock Flight® to a LN Festival in the United States which includes two (2) general admission VIP tickets to winner's choice of one (1) 2015 Live Nation produced and promoted festival in the United States; round-trip, coach class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest grand prize winner’s home within the U.S. to the major airport nearest the festival, departing the day prior to the festival and returning the day following the festival; hotel or camping accommodations for the duration of the festival (depending on the accommodations available for the festival and at the discretion of Live Nation) not to exceed four (4) nights and five (5) days; and a $200.00 pre-paid cash card to use toward ground transportation.

Approximate Retail Value of the grand prize is: Four Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($4700.00).

Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States of America, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
