There are two (2) Grand Prizes available. Each Grand Prize consists of one (1) package for a Kenny Chesney concert at either the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA on July 25, 2015 or MetLifeStadium in East Rutherford, NJ on August 15, 2015 (each, an “Event”) (as selected by Sponsor) that includes the following:

• Two (2) “Spread The Love VIP Experiences” to one (1) of the Events, each including the following:

o One (1) early admission General Admission Sandbar ticket OR one (1) Premium Reserved ticket (TBD by Sponsor)
o Invitation to the exclusive VIP pre-show party with VIP only bar and complimentary food
o Admission to the Time Flies Exhibit – a private display of Kenny Chesney memorabilia that travels with the tour, only available to VIP guests and guests of Kenny Chesney
o One (1) Kenny Chesney merchandise gift
o One (1) limited edition Kenny Chesney tour poster
o One (1) VIP laminate
o One (1) parking pass per order
o Dedicated VIP concert concierge

• One (1) Meet & Greet for the winner and his/her companion with Kenny Chesney at or in connection with one (1) of the Events
• Round-trip coach class airfare for two (2) between the major airport that is nearest to the winner’s residence and an airport selected by Sponsor near the applicable Event
• One (1) night hotel accommodation (one [1] room, double occupancy)

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is One Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($1,900.00).

The total ARV of all prizes is Three Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($3,800.00).

Only legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia located in the U.S. at the time of entry who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry are eligible to enter.
