The prize consists of and is limited to only the following: (A) round trip coach airfare for Winner and one (1) guest (guest restrictions set forth below) from the major airport closest to Winner’s residence (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to an airport in or around Six Flags Great America (Gurnee, IL) (the “Park”) or Summerfest, The World’s Largest Music Festival® (Milwaukee, WI) (the “Festival”) (airport, carrier, seating and travel dates and times as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation if Winner resides within 150 miles of the Park or the Festival (ARV $1400.00); (B) hotel accommodation in a single room with double occupancy for two (2) nights at a hotel within proximity to the Festival as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (ARV $400.00); (C) hotel accommodation in a single room with double occupancy for one (1) night at a hotel within proximity to the Park as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (ARV $200.00); (D) one (1) single day parking pass to the Park (ARV $25.00); (E) two (2) single day admission tickets to the Park (ARV $136.00); (F) one THE FLASH Pass for two (2) (ARV $80.00); (G) two (2) general admission tickets to the Festival (good for two (2) days) (ARV $76.00); (H) two (2) tickets to Marcus Amphitheater headliner concerts at the Festival, excluding June 23, 2015, which is a blackout date (good for the same two (2) days as the general admission tickets to the Festival) (ARV $600.00); and (I) $500 cash stipend (ARV $500.00). All travel must occur and prize items must be utilized between June 24, 2015 and July 5, 2015.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is three thousand four hundred and seventeen dollars ($3,417.00).

Open only to individuals who, as of the entry date, are (a) legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (the “Sweepstakes Territory”) and (b) at least sixteen (16) years old.
