Thirty (30) potential winners, one (1) potential winner to be selected as the fan for each Club as designated by such Entrant at the time of Entry:
Each Winner will receive the following (the "Prize"):
1) Round trip, coach-class flight to/from major airport nearest Winner's residence and Cincinnati, OH for Winner and one (1) guest;
2) Four (4) night stay for Winner and one (1) guest in a hotel of Sponsor's choosing in Cincinnati, OH (one (1) standard room, double occupancy);
3) One (1) MLB Club jersey and tech swag to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion; and
4) Two (2) tickets for the 2015 MLB All-Star Game for Winner and one (1) guest.
Total ARV of all Prizes: $148,800.00.

Open only to legal residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (except in the case of legal residents of certain states where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such legal age of majority) at the time of entry.

To participate and enter this Sweepstakes eligible individuals (each an "Entrant") must visit the MLB All-Star Game 2015 Ballot online at www.mlb.com/vote, or such other website as determined by MLB.com. Once on the site, Entrant must opt-in for this Sweepstakes and successfully submit the online ballot by fully completing all required fields as directed (each a "Ballot Entry"). Limit thirty-five (35) Entries using this method. All information submitted online by Entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, MLB.com's Terms of Use accessible at: http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/official_info/about_mlb_com/terms_of_use.jsp and Privacy Policy accessible at: www.mlb.com/privacy.
Upon submitting Entrant's first Ballot Entry, Sponsor shall email such Entrant a survey. Entrant will gain ten (10) additional Entries into this Sweepstakes by following the steps in the email to complete and submit the survey during the Entry Period (each, a "Survey Entry" and together with the Ballot Entry, an "Entry").
