ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize winner will receive a fair in their hometown. The package includes fair style games and entertainment and catering during a five (5) hour time period on a pre-determined day for one hundred (100) people. Winner must host the fair on a day determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor will determine elements of the fair at its sole discretion. Sponsor is responsible for permitting the event under local laws and restrictions. The fair will not be rescheduled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen events that would cause the fair to be cancelled. If the event is cancelled that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All expenses and incidental costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the responsibility of the winner. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $30,000.
