We will award one (1) prize which consists of a trip for one (1) winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, NV on or about July 18-20, 2015, to attend the Mariah Carey concert at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on July 19, 2015 (the “Concert”). The prize consists of:

• Round trip economy class airfare for the winner and one guest departing from a major airport near the winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, AEG and SME in their sole discretion and within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia) and arriving at an airport in the Las Vegas, NV area (the “Airport”); and
• 2 nights standard hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest (single room, double occupancy) at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, (the “Hotel”); and
• Roundtrip ground transportation for the winner and his/her guest to/from Airport and Hotel; and
• Two tickets to attend the Concert including a meet & greet for the winner and one guest with Mariah Carey at the Concert.

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prize is $2,700.00.

If you are an individual legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are the older of 21 years of age at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
