GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a three (3) day / three (3) night trip for winner and one (1) guest (collectively, “Couple”) to the Fare Thee Well: Celebrating 50 Years of the Grateful Dead (“Concert”) in Chicago, IL (“City”) on July 5, 2015, date and location subject to change, consisting of the following element (“Trip”): [a] hotel accommodations for three (3) nights (one standard room double occupancy); [b] one (1) pair of tickets to the concert; [c] if winner resides more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip domestic coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a Sponsor-selected major airport in or near the City.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $3,000.
