(1) Grand Prize: A 4-day/3-night trip for the Grand Prize winner and up to three guests to Cincinnati, OH to attend the 2015 MLB All-Star Game scheduled to be played on July 14, 2015 consisting of round-trip coach class air transportation to/from a major airport nearest to Grand Prize winner's residence in the U.S. and a major U.S. gateway airport near Cincinnati, OH; standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (two rooms), ground transportation to/from the airport and the hotel; and four tickets for Grand Prize winner and his/her three guests for each of the following exhibitions and events: One day admission to the T-Mobile MLB All-Star Fan Fest, the SiriusXM All-Star Futures Game, Gatorade All-Star Workout Day at the Great American Ball Park featuring: Home Run Derby, and 2015 MLB All-Star Game. ARV of Grand Prize = $10,000 US.

(10) First Prizes: one $100 MLB.com Shop online gift certificate; and one Arm & Hammer/OxiClean prize package consisting of laundry and dish cleaning products to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. ARV of each Secondary Prize: not to exceed $200.00.

Total ARV of all Prizes: $12,000.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are thirteen years of age or older (or of the legal age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) as of 5/6/15. Eligible minors must obtain their parent's or legal guardian's consent prior to participation.
