One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive $25,000 (awarded in the form of a wire transfer or check, payable to the winner). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $25,000.

Nine (9) Finalist Prizes: Each Finalist will receive $1,000 gift card. ARV of each Finalist Prize is $1,000.

Twenty four (24) Weekly Prizes (awarded two [2] per Weekly Entry Period): Each Weekly Prize winner will receive a $500 gift card. Gift cards are subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer. ARV of each Weekly Prize is $500.

Total ARV of all prizes is up to $46,000.

Sponsor invites the entrant to submit a photo of their family’s favorite place to play, such as a backyard or playroom or any designated area the family uses for play (“Photo”) and answers to these two (2) questions: (a) Why does your family’s place to play need a makeover? and (b) How would you like to see your family’s place to play made over if you are selected as the Grand Prize winner?
