One (1) Grand Prize shall consist of: a three (3) day, two (2) night trip for Grand Prize Winner and a guest (“Guest”) to Laguna Beach, California (“Trip”). Trip will include round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to an Orange County, California area airport (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion)* (approximate retail value (“ARV”) $2,000.00 USD); two (2) nights’ accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest at the Pacific Edge Hotel and access to the Billabong Beach room (ARV $1,000.00 USD); private surf lessons for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest (ARV $500.00 USD); and $300 spending cash (ARV $300.00 USD).

Total ARV of the Grand Prize to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is three thousand eight hundred dollars and zero cents ($3,800.00 USD).

Open only to legal residents of forty-nine (49) states of the United States (“U.S.”) and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations) and of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state/province of residence, whichever is older) as of April 22, 2015 with access to the internet at all times during the Sweepstakes Period.
