One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two to the U.S. premiere screening of the movie Entourage in Los Angeles, California, currently scheduled for either the last week of May, 2015 or the first week of June, 2015 (date of movie premiere screening has not been finalized), for (3) days/(2) nights, including round-trip coach air travel from major airport nearest winner’s residence to Los Angeles, California (airports are of Sponsor’s sole choosing), transportation to/from Los Angeles airport and the hotel, transportation to/from the hotel and the movie premiere screening, two (2) passes to the movie premiere screening, and standard accommodations for winner and a guest at a hotel in Los Angeles of Sponsor’s sole choosing. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $10,000.

Ten (10) First Prizes will be awarded. First Prize Winners will attend a pre-scheduled private screening of the movie Entourage, along with one (1) guest each (who must be 21 years or older). ARV is $20 each.

Total ARV of All Prizes: $10,200.

Entry method No. 1 - To enter by mail, print on a 3”x5” card your name, date of birth, address and telephone number, and the words JOHNNIE WALKER ENTOURAGE SWEEPSTAKES, and mail in an envelope to: P.O. BOX 2672, Grand Rapids, MN 55745-2672, to be postmarked by May 16, 2015 and received by May 20, 2015.

Entry method No. 2 – To enter via text, send a text message with KEEPWALKING from your handset addressed to “24587.” Send the text message, verify your age, and provide your name and address to complete your entry, by May 15, 2015 at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET).
