OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE (19 in AL and NE, 18 in all other states) OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

Limit one (1) Entry per person/household/email address/Facebook account per Entry Period, regardless of Category.

For each Entry Period of the Contest, Sponsor will publish two (2) promotional questions related to conquering "mountain goals" ("Promotional Questions") inviting participants to enter the Contest. Entrants enter the Contest by submitting an answer to each Promotional Question (each, an "Answer") and a photo ("Photo") or video ("Video") depicting their journey to reach their mountain goal.
