Prize Details
(1) Grand Prize: A Prize package consisting of the following: 1) $12,000 awarded in the form of a check in the name of the winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) which may be used, at the winner's sole discretion, toward one year's mortgage payment; and 2) A three (3)-day/two (2)-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Game 1 of the 2015 MLB World Series championship (exact date, time, Clubs participating and location of game to be determined) (the "World Series Game") consisting of round-trip coach class air transportation for winner and guest to/from a major U.S. airport near to Grand Prize Winner's residence in the U.S. and the host city of the World Series Game; two (2) night hotel accommodations (i.e. one (1) standard room, double occupancy), two (2) tickets for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest to attend the World Series Game, and ground transportation to/from the airport and the applicable hotel (collectively, the "Grand Prize") (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $15,500).

First Prize Winner Selection:
In the event that Home Base is successfully stolen by any MLB player in a 2015 regular season game played during the Promotion Period (each, a "Stolen Base Event"), a random drawing (each, a "First Prize Drawing") will be conducted by Administrator within seven (7) business days following the Stolen Base Event from among all eligible online entries received up until 11:59:59 PM ET two calendar days after the Stolen Base Event and all eligible mail-in entries received up until the applicable First Prize Drawing. Maximum one (1) First Prize Drawing per day, regardless of the number of Stolen Base Events that occur on said day, and maximum thirteen (13) First Prize Drawings regardless of the number of Stolen Base Events that occur during the Promotion Period.
