ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize consists of one (1) thirty-six (36) consecutive month lease of one (1) 2015 Ford Taurus SE vehicle designated by Sponsor. Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any and all applicable sales taxes, tag, title, registration, license insurance and emissions (if applicable) fees required to take possession of the vehicle at a Ford dealer designated by Sponsor. Lease agreement consists of a maximum 12,000 miles per year during the thirty-six (36) month Lease. The Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any and all additional costs associated with the Vehicle, including, without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes on the vehicle, title, tax, license, PDI (pre-destination inspection), registration, shipping, insurance, mileage that exceeds twelve thousand (12,000) per year and any additional accessories and options as agreed to between winner and the authorized Ford dealership location at which the Vehicle will be delivered, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

The approximate retail value ("ARV") of Grand Prize up to $15,000.00.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older or who have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction within which they reside on the date of entry.
