Offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES:
During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant may receive Sweepstakes entries by participating in the following methods:
i. Purchase a participating Nature’s Way Gummy product, while supplies last, during the Promotion Period and upload the product proof of purchase receipt on the Website to obtain one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry. Entrants must (1) clearly print their first and last name and date of purchase on the receipt; (2) sign the receipt; and (3) clearly circle the purchased product on the receipt. Then follow the on-screen prompts to upload a photograph of the original register receipt with the required items listed above. The photograph must be in .JPEG, .JPG, or .GIF format and not exceed 3MB. Receipt submissions must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM ET on June 1, 2015.
ii. To receive additional Sweepstakes entries without making a purchase, an eligible entrant may hand-write his/her complete name (no initials), valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP code, telephone number and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3½”x5” card (“Mail-In Entry”) and mail it with sufficient postage to: Nature’s Way Great Gummy Giveaway, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325. All Mail-In Entries must be postmarked no later than June 1, 2015, and received on or before June 8, 2015, in order to be eligible.
Mail-In Entries must be legibly hand-written by entrant. Mechanical reproductions, postage-due, Mail-In Entries mailed in an envelope or sent in excess of the entry limits set forth below will not be accepted. Mail-In Entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and not valid entries
Regardless of methods used to enter, there is a limit of obtaining up to five (5) bonus Sweepstakes entries during the entire Promotion Period.
