Open only to eligible legal United States and District of Columbia residents who at the time of registration are: (i) physically located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and (ii) at least thirteen (13) years of age.
Regardless of the method used to obtain a code, an Entrant is limited to a maximum of three (3) Game Plays per day during the Promotion Period (except that the Action Game Play and Common Code may be used on the same day for a maximum of five [5] Game Plays on one [1] day during the Promotion Period).

HOW TO OBTAIN A CODE:
During the Game Period, an eligible entrant may obtain an entry code (“Code”) using one (1) of the following four (4) methods. Entrants may only obtain a Code either through a legitimate restaurant purchase or for free as described below. Codes may not be sold, bartered or transferred. Codes are void if not obtained through authorized means. Each Code is valid for one (1) Game Play, as defined in this Rule #3, throughout the Game Period.
i. Make a Purchase: Eligible consumers who, from a participating SUBWAY restaurant during the Game Period, purchase a specially-marked 30 ounce cup or a specially-marked Doritos Jacked 3D bag, while supplies last, will receive one (1) Code printed on the specially-marked product (“Product Code”). Codes printed on specially-marked Doritos Jacked 3D bags will not be valid after fourth time of use.
ii. Without a Purchase (Mail-In Code Request): To obtain a Code without making a purchase from March 31, 2015 through May 18, 2015, an eligible consumer must legibly hand write his/her full name (no initials), complete street address (no P.O. Box), age, and valid e-mail address on a 3½” x 5” properly stamped postcard and mail it to: SUBWAY® Where Super Heroes Eat Sweepstakes Code Request, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325. Requests sent in an envelope will not be accepted. Mail-in requests must be postmarked by May 18, 2015 and received by May 25, 2015. Administrator will send one (1) Code by e-mail to the e-mail address provided on the request (“Complimentary Code”). Each entrant may obtain no more than three (3) Complimentary Codes per day (as determined by the postmark date on each postcard) through this method of Code request. Multiple mail-in requests with the same postmark date will be deemed one (1) request. Mail-in
requests will not be returned and no further correspondence will be entered into. Mail-in requests must be original and hand-written. No mechanical reproductions are allowed.
iii. Without a Purchase (Online Code Request): Between 12:00 AM (midnight) ET on May 18, 2015 and 11:59:59 PM ET on May 31, 2015, an eligible consumer must click here and follow the instructions to obtain one (1) entry code (the “Online Code”). No more than three (3) Online Codes per day may be obtained through this method.
iv. Miscellaneous Action Common Code: During the Promotion Period, the Sponsor may announce various ways to obtain a common entry code (“Common Code”). For example, the Sponsor may post a Common Code on popular social media sites, email a Common Code to Entrants or make a Common Code available in an advertisement of any kind. A Common Code may only be used to play the Game. Common Code may only be used once per Entrant/e-mail address during the entire Promotion Period.
