A total of five (5) Grand Prizes will be awarded during the Promotion. Each “Grand Prize” will consist of a trip for two (2) – the Grand Prize winner and a guest, to be chosen by the Grand Prize winner, to the Bondurant School of High-Performance Driving in Chandler, Arizona (the “Raceway”). The Grand Prize will include: a gift certificate for the winner and his/her guest to participate in a driving course; round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) people from a commercial airport near the winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor); suitable hotel accommodations for two (2) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor; and ground transportation to and from the airport and the hotel, and the hotel and the Raceway. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is USD $6,000.

A total of five (5) First Place Prizes will be awarded during the Promotion. Each “First Place Prize” will consist of USD $545 (Five Hundred Forty Five Dollars) towards the purchase of a GoPro® Hero4 Black camera (or a substitute prize of comparable value).

A total of two thousand five hundred (2,500) Participation Prizes will be awarded during the Promotion. Each “Participation Prize” will consist of one (1) MAKE IT QWIK™ baseball cap (or a substitute prize of comparable value). The ARV of each Participation Prize is USD $5.

The total ARV of all prizes offered under this Promotion is USD $45,225.

Limited to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
