One (1) Grand Prize consisting of one (1) Live Nation® Ultimate Access Pass™ – 2015 National Pass (the “Pass”). The Pass entitles the Pass holder plus one guest access to Live Nation produced concerts at participating Live Nation owned and operated venues in the United States. Participating venues are subject to change at any time. The Pass is only valid for general admission/lawn tickets in 2015. Pass holder must reserve tickets at least seven days prior to event through a dedicated reservation email address. Reservations may be required (3) weeks in advance during December 2015 events. This pass is not eligible for December 31, 2015 events.

Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prizeis: Fifteen Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($1,500.00).

Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States of America, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and who have a valid Facebook account at the time of entry.

Each participant is eligible to submit up to one (1) Promotion entry per person per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of method or combination of methods of entry or number of entries submitted.
