Instant-Win Prizes (2,127 total; see Appendix for prize breakout per Retail Account): Each winner will receive a Fandango Promotional Code via e-mail valid for four (4) movie tickets (up to $48 total value; $12 per ticket) to see Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron at Fandango partner theaters in the U.S., at any showing including those designated as “no coupons, no passes” in local theater listing guides. Fandango Promotional Code must be redeemed by July 31, 2015 and is void if not redeemed by the expiration date. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $48 USD each.

Total ARV of all prizes is $197,096.
