Offered to legal residents of the U.S. who are age eighteen or older as of the first day of each “Sweepstakes Period” listed on the “SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY SCHEDULE” below, and who are physically located within the United States.

Limit only one entry per person or household each monthly Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. A cash register receipt Survey Code is needed.

Alternatively, any eligible person may enter the drawing by hand printing their full name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, home telephone number, e-mail address and age on a 3½” X 5” postcard and mailing it, first-class U.S. postage prepaid, inside a standard #10 size business envelope with a handwritten address to: Dollar General Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes, P.O.
