Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1): The Sweepstakes grand prize is one (1) trip for the Grand Prize Winner and five (5) guests for a dining experience at Opaque Restaurant in either Los Angeles, California or San Francisco, California (destination selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion) (“Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize includes round trip coach class airfare for six (6) people (Grand Prize Winner and five (5) guests) between the major commercial airport near to Grand Prize Winner’s residence and the destination (either Los Angeles or San Francisco) (arrival and departure airports selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion); two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations at a local area hotel selected by Sponsor (three (3) single room, double occupancy); round-trip ground transportation between airport and hotel in the destination location only; round-trip ground transportation between hotel and restaurant; a dining experience at Opaque Restaurant (all food and beverage will be selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion); and a $3,000 check to help offset, but not eliminate, the taxes imposed on acceptance of the Grand Prize (as further noted below, Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes imposed on the acceptance of the Grand Prize). The Grand Prize ARV is $13,000.
