CONTEST FINALIST PRIZES (3):
Each Contest Finalist will spend three (3) days and two (2) nights in Chicago, Illinois. Note that upon mutual agreement of the Contest Finalist and the Sponsor, the trip may be to a different city in the contiguous 48 United States/District of Columbia if the alternative city better suits the dreams of such Contest Finalist as set forth in the Contest Finalist’s Submission. In any event, the trip must take place in July 2015 (“Contest Finalist Prize” or “Trip” which is described in more detail in Rule 11). Trip includes round trip coach class airfare for the Entrant and his/her Minor Child in the selected Submission between the major commercial airport closest to Contest Finalist’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and an airport in the Chicago, Illinois area (or an alternative city as noted above) as selected by Sponsor; hotel accommodations at a hotel as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (up to (1) one room, double occupancy). If the Contest Finalist (as determined by the Entrant’s entered address) lives within one hundred fifty (150) miles of Chicago, Illinois (or the alternative city), Sponsor will provide the Contest Finalist with Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for travel expenses in lieu of airfare and Sponsor will not be responsible for any travel expenses with respect to the Contest Finalist’s commute to and from Destination.
The Contest Finalist Prize will also include a check to the Contest Finalist in the amount of $1,625 for a food allowance and may include tickets or VIP tickets to a show with an estimated value of $300.
The Sponsor and its agents will coordinate each Trip such that the entire Trip, airfare, lodging and events has an ARV of $3,325.
Contest Grand Prize (1): The Contest Grand Prize is a Fifty Thousand Dollar ($50,000) college scholarship awarded to the Contest Grand Prize winner’s Minor Child who was in the Contest Grand Prize winning Video. The college scholarship will be awarded in the form of a direct contribution to 529 College Savings Plan established for the Minor Child or a similar college savings plan which is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as being a tax free contribution to a college savings plan. If the Minor Child does not have a 529 College Savings Plan, then the Minor Child’s parent or legal guardian may establish this 529 College Savings Plan. Note that Sponsor and Administrator will not establish the 529 College Savings Plan for the Minor Child nor provide any tax or investing advice.
Contest Finalist First Prizes (2): The two Contest Finalists who are not Contest Grand Prize Winners will each receive a Five Thousand Dollar ($5,000) college scholarship awarded to his/her winner’s Minor Child who was in the Contest Finalist Video. The college scholarship will be a direct contribution to a 529 College Savings Plan as set forth above.
Initial Sweepstakes Prizes (10): Each “Initial Sweepstakes Prize” is a year’s supply of Babybel cheese in the form of fifty-two (52) coupons. The ARV of each Initial Sweepstakes Prize is $254.28. The ARV of all Initial Sweepstakes Prizes is $2,542.80.
Voting Sweepstakes Prizes (5): Each “Voting Sweepstakes Prize” is a year’s supply of Babybel cheese in the form of fifty-two (52) coupons. The ARV of each Voting Sweepstakes Prize is $254.28. The ARV of all Voting Sweepstakes Prizes is $1,271.40.
The Total ARV for all Contest Prize is $69,975.
The Total ARV for all Sweepstakes Prizes is $3,814.20.

Rules
Open only to Entrants who are legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States/District of Columbia and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, the United States Territories and Possessions and where prohibited or restricted by law.
An Entrant may only enter the Contest a maximum of three (3) times during the entire Contest Entry & Initial Sweepstakes Phase, provided, however that each Submission must have a different Minor Child.

Review and Additional Information
After completing his/her registration, the Entrant will be taken to a page with the following headline “Tell me what your child wants to be when he/she grows up. Then tell me what YOU wanted to be when you were a child.” The Entrant must then complete all of the following during the Contest Entry & Initial Sweepstakes Phase:
(i) Provide a written answer to the question: “What does your child want to be when he/she grows up and why?”
(ii) Provide your child’s first name and his/her age (the “Minor Child”). The Minor Child must be no younger than five (5) years old and no older than thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.
(iii) Provide a written answer to the question: “When YOU were a child what did you want to be and why?”
(iv) Upload a photograph (“Photo”) showing both the Entrant and the Entrant’s Minor Child identified in subsection (ii) above (no more than one (1) Minor Child per Photo) showcasing what each Entrant wanted to be when they grew up and what the Minor Child wants to be when they grow up. No one else may be in the Photo.
