Grand Prizes:

First Place Prize: $10,000 will be awarded to each individual Entrant of the First Place Prize winning Entrant Couple, as well as $5,000 for the school that sponsored the Prom attended by the winning Entrant Couple. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $25,000.

Second Place Prize: $5,000 will be awarded to each individual Entrant of the Second Place Prize winning Entrant Couple, as well as $3,000 for the school that sponsored the Prom attended by the winning Entrant Couple. (ARV): $13,000.

Third Place Prize: $3,000 will be awarded to each individual Entrant of the Third Place Prize winning Entrant Couple, as well as $2,000 for the school that sponsored the Prom attended by the winning Entrant Couple. (ARV): $8,000.

Runners Up Prize: $500 will be awarded to each of the individuals Entrants of the Runners Up Prize winning Entrant Couple, as well as the schools that sponsored the Proms attended by the Entrant Couples. (ARV): $10,500. All prizes listed above will be awarded in the form of a check.

Total ARV of Grand Prizes: $56,500.

Category Prizes: One (1) Duck® Brand Duct Tape Prize Pack will be awarded to each Entrant of the winning Category Entry for each Category for a total of six (6) category prizes. The schools that sponsored the Proms attended by the winning Entrants will not receive Category Prizes. Prize pack consists of thirty (30) 10-20 yard rolls of color and printed Duck® brand duct tape (colors and prints to be chosen by Sponsor) and a stuffed Trust E Duck character. (ARV): $125/each individual. (Total ARV of Category Prizes: $1500)

Open to any participant who meets the following requirements (an “Eligible Participant”): (i) legal resident of (and is physically located or resides in) the United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and all U.S. territories and possessions (excluding Maryland, Vermont, and Colorado), or is a legal resident of (and is physically located or resides in) Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec); (ii) 14 years of age or older; and (iii) will attend a high school, home school association or other school-sanctioned prom in 2015 (“Prom”).

Eligible Participants may enter the Contest in one of two ways: (i) as one single individual (an “Entrant”) (the “Singles Entry”); or (ii) as a couple consisting of two individuals together (each individual an “Entrant”, together the “Entrant Couple”) (the “Couples Category”). Each Eligible Participant must attend a high school, home school association or other school-sanctioned Prom, wearing complete Prom attire and/or accessories made using Duck® brand duct tape (“Duck Tape® Prom Attire”). Other materials, in addition to Duck® brand duct tape, may be used or incorporated into the design. Entrants must submit at least one photo of the Entrant for a Singles Entry or one photo of the Entrant Couple for entry into the Couples Category showing each Entrant wearing Duck Tape® Prom Attire; however the location of the photograph can vary (before, during or after Prom). The Duck Tape® Prom Attire must be an original creation, and may not copy, incorporate or be based on the work of a third party – any entry as such is subject to disqualification at the discretion of Sponsor. Assistance from family and/or friends is permitted in creating the Prom attire; however, paid professionals cannot participate in any way. Singles Entries are not eligible for the grand prizes.
