The Grand Prize Winner will receive the following (the "Grand Prize"): a trip for two (2) to New York City, which includes: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and guest between the major U.S. commercial airport in the 48 contiguous United States and D.C. nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence and New York, New York; (ii) three (3) days and two (2) nights hotel accommodations (as determined by Sponsor) (one double occupancy room, room rate and taxes only); (iii) the opportunity to meet and cook with Damaris Phillips at the Food Network Kitchens; and (iv) $500 spending money. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $3,400.

Each Runner Up Prize Winner will receive the following (the "Runner Up Prize"): (i) one (1) copy of the Food Network Magazine Great Easy Meals: 250 Fun & Fast Recipes book; and (ii) one (1) Spice Islands® Eco Cooking Utensil Set that contains three unique bamboo cooking utensils. ARV of each Runner Up Prize: $48.77.

Each Third Place Prize Winner will receive the following (the "Third Place Prize"): one (1) box set containing five (5) Spice Islands® products: Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon, Spice Islands® Garlic Powder, Spice Islands® Bay Leaves, Spice Islands® Dill Weed, and Spice Islands® Medium Grind Black Pepper. ARV of each Third Place Prize: $34.17.
