Contest Grand Prize (1): The Contest Grand Prize is a $10,000 scholarship awarded through the NEA Foundation, a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guests”) to Universal Orlando® Resort in Orlando, Florida, and a once in a lifetime ride on the Goodyear Blimp. The trip to Universal Orlando will include round-trip coach-class air transportation from JetBlue for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s home (departure and arrival airports selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion); three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort (or another on-site hotel as determined by Universal in their sole discretion); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL; 3 Park Unlimited Passes for admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Wet ‘n Wild for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Guests; and attendance at one (1) Blue Man Group performance (exact date and time to be determined by Universal in their sole discretion) for Winner and up to three (3) Guests. The ARV of the Contest Grand Prize is approximately $13,300.

Contest Category Prize Winner Prizes (4, 1 per Category minus Grand Prize Winner): Each Contest Category Prize consists of a $5,000 scholarship awarded through the NEA Foundation. The scholarship is paid directly to the student to be used for tuition and/or books. The ARV of each Contest Category Prize is $5,000.

Sweepstakes Prize (1): The Sweepstakes Prize is a $500 check made payable to the winner. The ARV of the Sweepstakes Prize is $500.

Offered only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are thirteen (13) years and older at the time of entry. Minors must have parent’s/legal guardian’s written permission to participate.

Entrant may enter one (1) unique Submission per day during the Submission Phase.

Follow the links and instructions to upload a photograph (the “Photo”) and an essay (the “Essay”) (collectively referred to as the “Submission”) of themselves or of a student who excels in one (1) of the following categories: (1) Science; (2) Technology; (3) Engineering; (4) Arts; or (5) Math (each a “Category”). The nominated entrant must be at least five (5) years old and no older than eighteen (18) at the time of entering the Submission. If an entrant is nominating a person other than himself/herself, the entrant must have that person’s (or if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian’s) consent to be used and featured in the Submission as set forth herein.

Note: Voting Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2015, at 12:00 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on April 12, 2015, at 11:59:59 P.M. ET. Each voter may vote one (1) time per day during the Voting Phase/Sweepstakes Period and will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each valid vote submitted.
