(5) Grand Prizes, each consisting of a trip for the winner and the mother/mother figure the winner nominated on his/her Sweepstakes entry form ("Guest") to take part in a Group Reading with Theresa Caputo. The prize consists of round trip coach air travel for two (2) people to New York, NY, from a major commercial airport near winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor), double-occupancy hotel accommodations for 3 days/2 nights, airport/hotel transfers, and $500 spending money. The Group Reading will take place in person, and will be scheduled at a time to be determined by the Sponsor within one year of the random drawing.
