One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of a two (2) night/three (3) day trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, NV from July 10, 2015 through July 12, 2015 to attend UFC 189. The Grand Prize includes: a) round-­-trip, coach-­-class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in it’s sole discretion) to Las Vegas, NV; b) two (2) nights’ standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy) in a Sponsor selected hotel; c) a $1,000 prepaid gift card; d) round trip ground transportation to/from airport/hotel in Las Vegas; e) two (2) floor seat tickets to sit with a UFC fighter to be determined by Sponsor at UFC 189 on July 11, 2015; f) dinner for the winner and guest with a UFC fighter to be determined by Sponsor at a Sponsor selected restaurant on July 10, 2015; g) VIP access for the winner and guest to weigh-­-ins on July 10, 2015; h) two (2) passes to the UFC Fan Expo; and i) $3,000 cash which the winner may use to help offset his/her tax burden. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $9,400.

Five (5) First Prizes are available. Each First Prize consists of a pair of official UFC gloves signed by a member of Team FRAM. The ARV of each First Prize is $60.

Twenty-­-Five (25) Second Prizes are available. Each Second Prize consists of a Team FRAM T-­- shirt. The ARV of each Second Prize is $20.

Open only to legal U.S. residents residing in the 50 U.S. and District of Columbia who are 21+ at the time of entry.
