A total of one (1) prize will be available to be won and awarded in this Sweepstakes, consisting of the following (the “Prize”): forty thousand dollars in U.S. currency (US$40,000), payable by check, wire transfer or any other medium chosen by sponsor. The prize may be used by the Winner as a down payment on a home or to otherwise reduce the amount of a mortgage loan the Winner may obtain, or it may be used for any other purpose(s) that is home-related (whether relating to single-family residences, apartments, condominiums, real estate, moving, home improvement, home energy upgrades, new furnishings, re-financing or other home-related expenditures); however, any use of the Prize must be done in a lawful manner.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize offered in this Promotion is forty thousand dollars in U.S. currency (US$40,000).
