MONTHLY PRIZE DRAWING: Sponsor will award (5) prize packages drawn one time per month as follows:
Drawing #1 3/2/15:
Lawn Care Package consisting of two handheld products; string trimmer and backpack leaf blower. Approximate retail value $400.
Drawing #2 4/1/15:
Front Tine Garden Tiller. Approximate retail value $500.
Drawing #3 5/4/15:
Pressure Washer. Approximate retail value $500.
Drawing #4 6/1/15:
Walk behind self-propelled lawn mower. Approximate retail value $500.

Drawing #5 6/1/15:
GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: To receive the Grand Prize, the winner MUST undergo a backyard makeover. Winner must also agree to provide or agree that the Sponsor may contract a photographer, to photograph the "before" and "after the yard makeover.
One grand prize, awarded as a $12,000 check to winner toward a backyard makeover, with additional consultation/planning time by a landscaping professional of the winner's choice valued at approx. $3,000. Approximate retail value of this prize package $15,000.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes not to exceed $17,000.

Open to all individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least twenty one years of age or older at the time of entry, have a valid email address and be a home owner as of the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period.
