(1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize consists of (1) Bad Boy Buggie to be designated by Sponsor valued at up to $14,000 (“Prize Vehicle”), a 4-day/3-night trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (hereinafter, “Guest”) on dates designated by Sponsor in November 2015 to attend a major motorsports race at a location to be designated by Sponsor within the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia consisting of round-trip coach air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest between major commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s permanent residence and designated city, (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (1) standard room including all applicable taxes and surcharges, double occupancy) at a Sponsor-designated hotel in designated city, (2) Weekend Reserved Seat Tickets including VIP Access for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to the designated major motorsports race on dates designated by Sponsor in November 2015 (subject to all venue rules and regulations, exact seating to be determined by Sponsor), $250 spending money (hereinafter, “Grand Prize Trip”) and race apparel to be designated by Sponsor valued up to $150. The ARV of the Grand Prize is not to exceed $17,200.
