Grand Prize (1): One (1) grand prize winner ("Grand Prize Winner") will receive a two thousand five hundred dollar ($2,500.00) award (the "Grand Prize"). The Grand Prize will be awarded in the form of a check made payable in the winner's name.

The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $2,500.00.

First Prizes (300): Each first prize winner ("First Prize Winner") will receive one (1) custom Frigo® Cheese Heads®-branded superhero cape ("First Prize"). Limit one (1) First Prize per person/e-mail address/mailing address for the entire Sweepstakes. ARV of each First Prize is $25.00.

Total ARV of all prizes is $10,000.00.

Open to all legal US residents physically residing in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older, as of February 23, 2015, and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence.

One (1) Entry per person per e-mail and/or mailing address per day during the Entry Period.

After registering, you can enter by uploading a photo of your child, age three (3) to twelve (12) as of the last day of the Entry Period, striking his or her best superhero pose ("Photo") along with a photo title/caption.

Photos will not be judged.
