A total of eleven (11) prizes will be awarded, one for each birthday month. The prize consists of one (1) Big Top Birthday in a box party kit (the “Monthly Prize”), including twelve (12) Fisher-Price toys selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Big Top Birthday cake, $100 U.S. Series E Savings Bond, Big Top Birthday Top Hat for the guest of honor, twenty-five (25) party hats, twenty-five (25) place settings (cups, plates, napkins), and Big Top Birthday party decorations. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Monthly Prize is $500.00. In addition, each winner will receive four (4) Shutterfly® discount coupons totaling $50.00 in savings for online photo services.

Total ARV of all prizes is $5,500.00.

Only open to natural persons who are age 18 or older at the time of entry, and are legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia, but excluding its territories, military installations, and commonwealths), and are the parent or legal guardian of a child whose first birthday will occur during February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, or December, 2015.

Limit of one entry per person. Twins, triplets, etc. must be included on the same entry.
