One (1) Grand Prize shall consist of: a three (3) day, two (2) night trip for Grand Prize Winner and a guest (“Guest”) to Mammoth Lakes, California to stay at the Billabong Team Cabin (“Team Cabin”) in Mammoth Lakes, California (“Trip”). Trip will include round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a Mammoth Lakes, California area airport (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion)* (approximate retail value (“ARV”) $1500.00 USD); two (2) nights’ accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only, if applicable) for Grand Prize Winner and Guest at the Team Cabin (ARV $1000.00 USD); two (2) days of ski equipment rentals and ski lift tickets for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (ARV $600.00 USD); one check (‘Check”) payable to the Grand Prize Winner for three hundred dollars and zero cents (ARV $300.00 USD); and a Billabong prize pack (ARV $500.00 USD).

Total ARV of the Grand Prize to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is three thousand nine hundred dollars and zero cents ($3,900.00 USD).

Open only to legal residents of forty-nine (49) states of the United States (“U.S.”) and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) as of February 10, 2015 with access to the internet at all times during the Sweepstakes Period.
