One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip to a Los Angeles, California for three (3) persons (2 adults and the Eligible Child of the winner). Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation to Los Angeles, CA for winner and two (2) guests from a major commercial airport in U.S. near winner’s residence selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, accommodations (one standard room, triple occupancy) for 3 nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, a photo shoot with behind-the-scenes video/stills at Fisher-Price’s Los Angeles office, a one-of-a-kind commemorative Fisher-Price product package with your Eligible Child’s photo, a VIP Experience at Universal Studios, Hollywood, a Toys “R” Us Gift Card for $150.00 intended to be used for a “shopping spree” at Westfield Century City mall, a $10,000 deposit made to Eligible Child’s 529 education savings plan, an assortment of six (6) age-appropriate Fisher-Price toys selected by the Sponsor, $500.00 awarded in the form of a check intended to be used towards meals, incidentals, and ground transportation between the airport and hotel in Los Angeles and to/from scheduled events. 529 education savings plan must be set-up by Eligible Child’s parent/legal guardian before $10,000 deposit can be made. Grand Prize winner and guests must be available to take the trip on dates designated by Sponsor between May 1, 2015 and June 30, 2015.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $18,950.00.

Six (6) First Prizes: Each First Prize winner will receive an assortment of three (3) age-appropriate Fisher-Price toys selected by the Sponsor and a $1,000.00 US Savings Bond, which may be applied to the Eligible Child’s future education. ARV: $1,075.00 each.

Total ARV of all prizes: $25,400.00.

Open to natural persons who are of legal age of majority in the state in which they reside (19 years of age or older in Alabama and Nebraska; 18 years of age or older in all other states) at the time of entry, and are legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia, but excluding its territories, military installations, and commonwealths), and are the parent or legal guardian of a child or children up to 24 months of age at time of entry.
