One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Miami, FL (the "Destination"), from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) one (1) tourist class hotel accommodations for six (6) nights at in Miami, FL (one double occupancy room and room tax only) checking in on March 24, 2015 and checking out on March 30, 2015; (c) two (2) 3-day passes for Ultra Music Festival 2015; and (d) two (2) passes to gain entry to the SiriusXM Lounge in Miami Beach, FL which will be open Wednesday, March 25 through Friday, March 27, 2015, between the hours of 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM. (The events to which the prize relates in (c) and (d) above are defined herein as “Events.”) (Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,400.)

Open only to individuals who meet ALL of the following qualifications: (i) a legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia; or if a legal resident of Alaska or Hawaii, has a standalone SiriusXM Internet Radio subscription; or if a legal resident of Puerto Rico, has a Sirius Satellite radio subscription; (ii) has been an ACTIVE SIRIUSXM SUBSCRIBER, WITH EITHER A SELF-PAID OR AN INTRODUCTORY TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION IN SPONSOR’S DATABASE CONTINUOUSLY SINCE AT LEAST JANUARY 8, 2015; and (iii) is at least 21 years of age at time of entry; except wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
