All winners of the Finalist Prize listed above will be placed into a pool, where one person will be randomly chosen at the end of the Sweepstakes and be upgraded to be the designated GRAND PRIZE WINNER. The grand prize consists of an upgraded trip to the 2015 iHeartRadio Music Awards in Los Angeles, CA as stated herein. Grand prize consists of:
• $1,000 USD for the Grand Prize winner in the form of a gift card.

Verified Grand Prize winner will forfeit his/her Finalist prize, which will not be awarded to any entrant or Finalist.

Then, timely submit the Designated Code.

There will be a total of up to six possible Finalists for each weekday Daily Entry Period, for a total of up to 108 potential Finalists for the entire Sweepstakes Period. The Company will contact each Finalist by phone (at the phone number provided/used by the entrant during entry) within the hour
following the Designated Playtime in which they were selected. Each Finalist will have ten minutes from the time of
notification to answer to or respond to the call from the Company.
