TO ENTER: Specially-marked Dean Foods branded TruMoo® Chocolate Marshmallow flavored milk and chocolate milk, gallon and one-half gallon, will contain a unique code (“code”) printed on a sticker on the cap, and will be available in participating stores from December 31, 2014 through March 18, 2015, while supplies last. Each unique code may only be used to play one (1) time.
