One (1) grand prize (the "Grand Prize") is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of a trip package (the "Trip Package") for Grand Prize winner (the "GP Winner") and up to three (3) guests (one of whom must be GP Winner's Parent if GP Winner is a Minor) (each, a "Guest") to Orlando, FL. If GP Winner elects to bring a friend as a Guest and such friend is a minor in his/her state of residence, the remaining Guest must be the parent or legal guardian of such minor Guest. Trip Package shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach air transportation for GP Winner and up to three (3) Guests from the major airport nearest the GP Winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Orlando, FL; (ii) four (4) days/three (3) nights' accommodations in the SpongeBob Suite at the Nickelodeon Suites Resort Hotel (one [1] room, quad occupancy, room and tax only); (iii) mid-sized automobile rental with unlimited mileage in Orlando, FL for duration of the Trip Package (GP Winner or GP Winner's Parent if GP Winner is a Minor must have a current and valid driver's license issued by one of the United States prior to receipt of the rental automobile); (iv) five hundred dollars ($500.00) in spending money for GP Winner only (in form of a check); and, (v) tickets for GP Winner and Guests to a SpongeBob SquarePants character breakfast.

Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $4,997.00.

Five (5) first prizes (each a "First Prize", collectively the "First Prizes") are available to be awarded in the Sweepstakes. Each First Prize consists of a SpongeBob SquarePants Movie prize pack composed of one (1) of each of the following items: (i) SpongeBob Hero Pants Nintendo 3DS video game; (ii) SpongeBob bean plush toy; (iii) SpongeBob Movie "League of Heroes" action figure 6-pack; and, (iv) SpongeBob Movie tie-in book. The ARV of each First Prize is $60.00; the total ARV for all First Prizes is $300.00.

Total ARV for the Grand Prize and First Prizes is $5,297.00.

To enter the Sweepstakes you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian (""Parent") prior to entering if you are deemed a minor in your state of residence and you must be: (i) a legal resident of one of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (the "Eligibility Area"); and (ii) between the ages of four (4) and fourteen (14) years old at the time of entry or the Parent of a child who is between the ages of four (4) and fourteen (14) years old at time of entry.
