(1) Grand Prize: One Vitamix blender or similar items to sole sponsors choosing. Value up to $500 USD. One year-long subscription to Brooklyn Magazine. Two all-access passes to Taste Talks Food and Drink Festival. Value up to $400 USD. In addition, in the event the Sponsor is unable to provide the Grand Prize Award, as currently described, for any reason, Sponsor shall have the right to deliver the cash value of the Award to the Grand Prize Winner in lieu of the Grand Prize Award.
