any other people in the Photo (individually and collectively, “Submission”). Only Photos showing your Disney Side will be eligible for the Promotion. Photo must be less than 10MB in file size (“Size”) and be in jpg format.
Your “Disney Side” is described as “the side you simply can’t wait to share as a family. It’s the side of you that laughs more, screams more, says “yes” more and just plain lives life to the fullest.” Visiting a Disney Park is not necessary to enter this Promotion as your Photo does not have to be taken at a Disney Park, however, if your Photo does contain Disney Intellectual Property (“Disney IP”), see Section 14 [y] for more details on the use of Disney IP and below for details
on Do’s and Don’ts for pictures containing Disney Park images. Submissions must be appropriate for PG audiences as determined by Sponsor.
